Terms
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet regulations).
Distance contract
In this online store, the seller of the offered goods SIA "Amel" Reg. No.: 44103125940 Izstādes iela 4, Priekuļi, Priekuļu pag., Cēsu nov., LV-4126 on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller assumes full responsibility for the confidentiality and non-disclosure of the Buyer's data to third parties, therefore any Order made with the specific username and password is binding on the Buyer and the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from this Order.
By placing an order for goods in the E-store, the Buyer's authorized person – the User fully confirms that they are familiar with the specification of the Goods included in the Order and confirms their compliance with the Buyer's needs. The Seller is not responsible for the delivered Goods not meeting the Buyer's needs or their incompatibility with any Goods already used by the Buyer.
The price of each Product is indicated in the E-store and in the invoice. If the Product cannot be delivered at the price or time indicated in the invoice, the Seller will inform the Buyer. If the Buyer does not agree to the price change, the Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the Order and refund the paid money.
Delivery and payment procedure
The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the online store, payment cards and internet bank transfer or by paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Payment for the Goods is considered completed when the money is credited to the Seller's specified bank account.
The Seller provides delivery of goods via Omniva parcel machines. Delivery time: shipped within 1-3 business days (if the item is in stock) after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.If the item is not in stock and the client does not wish to wait, the money is returned to the client to the same card/account from which the payment was made, within 2 days
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller at[email protected] The money is returned to the client to the same card/account from which the payment was made, within 2 days after the return of the order). The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter to return the goods to the Seller at the address Izstādes iela 4, Priekuļi, Priekuļu pag., Cēsu nov., LV-4126 . All expenses related to sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature
- the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
- the buyer has opened the packaging.
Section 12, part six of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the term of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to use the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in the event that the goods are damaged, carelessly used during use or instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is significantly damaged. Payment is returned to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
Data processing
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
Dispute resolution rules
According to the March 18, 1999 Law "Consumer Rights Protection Law", Article 27, the consumer is entitled to make claims regarding the non-compliance of the goods or service with the terms of the contract within 2 years from the date of purchase of the goods or receipt of the service.
